Law Enforcement Restrictions

Modern Ballistics is not for just anyone.  Its use is restricted.  Governments that are unfriendly to basic human rights are not allowed the use of this powerful program.  All private citizens of all nations are welcome to purchase this program. The following government agencies are prohibited from it's use.

All National Government Agencies.

Switzerland may be an exception.  If there is a Swiss government agency that is interested in purchase of this program a more thorough determination will be made.  Email info@modernballistics.com if this applies to you or if you think an exception might be made for your government agency.

This includes all U.S. Federal government civilian law enforcement -- but not the U.S. military.

Reasons: Restrictions on machine guns, sound suppressors, short barreled shotguns, destructive devices, 'assault weapons', full-capacity ammo feeding devices, import restrictions on firearms and ammunition of many types, the registration of firearms via form 4473, restrictions on sales of firearms across state lines, restrictions on firearms near schools (victim disarmament laws), failure to enforce 'full faith and credit' in regards to licenses to carry concealed weapons in all states, and many, many more.

All law enforcement in states that restrict the ownership of machines guns, short barreled shotguns, and sound suppression systems, deny the basic human right of self defense using the best tools available while in public, require a waiting period before taking possession of a firearm, or require the registration of firearms and/or firearm owners. If you think a mistake has been made in the following list please send email to info@modernballistics.com. The restricted states are:

Alabama
California
Colorado
Connecticut

Florida (three day waiting period)
Hawaii
Illinois
Indiana (requirement for the recording private sales and restrictions on short barreled shotguns)
Iowa
Kansas (restrictions on machine guns, suppressors, short barreled shotguns, and concealed carry)
